My intention as a therapist is to support you to find solutions that work for you and build on what is already working in your life. There is no magic button or quick-fix solution when it comes to changing pieces of the past that have been difficult, but what we can do is work together to find comfort and resolve in the difficult areas of your life, and the challenges you have to face. Through various techniques and long-standing approaches with proven results, we’ll be able to figure out what behaviors and/or thoughts might be holding you back from living your best life, and finding meaning in everyday situations.
My approach and techniques are flexible and vary from the typical “how does that make you feel” hype. Anyone dealing with any type of behavioral or emotional issues, from depression to couple’s or family counseling, and everything in between, is welcome. You can rest assured that you will be in a comfortable, supportive, and encouraging environment. We will move at your pace and explore the best way toward the desired outcome.
